Mango Thokku

Ingredients:


2 to 3 small mango
½ cup chilli powder
½ tsp haldi powder
½ tsp roasted methi powder
½ tsp mustard
½ tsp hing
½ cup cooking oil
4 tsp salt

Method:


Peel mango and grate it. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and put mustard, hing, haldi powder, and when the mustard
splatters, put the grated mango, and continue to stir for about 20 to 25 minutes
till the oil separates out.
Now put chilli powder, and roasted methi powder and stir for 5 minutes.
