Coconut Powder

Ingredients:



6 to 8 red chillies
2 cups coconut, grated
¼ tsp mustard
¼ cup urad dal
¼ cup channa dal
a small pinch hing
½ tsp tamarind paste
2 tsp cooking oil
¾ tsp salt

Method:



Dry roast grated coconut with 1 tsp of oil, until it turns brown.
Fry mustard, red chillies, urad dal, channa dal, and hing with 1 tsp of oil
until the flavour comes oil.
Dry grind all the ingredients coarsely.
