Warm Crab Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb Crab meat
8 Artichoke Hearts, finely chopped
11 oz Goat Cheese, whipped
1 bunch Scallion, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and bake in the oven until hot and bubbly. Serve with toasted Pita triangles.
