Ginger Soup
Ingredients:
50 gms cabbage
10 gms corn flour
50 gms carrots
1 tsp soya sauce
20 gms capsicum
1 tsp vinegar
20 gms ginger
10 gms garlic
A pinch pepper powder
A pinch ajinomoto
1 litre stalk/water
1 spring onion
1 tsp oil
2 sprigs coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method:
Chop all the vegetables, julienne ginger.
Heat oil in a wok.
Add ginger, saute. Add garlic, saute.
Add all chopped vegetables, saute.
Add water or stalk and boil it.
Add soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and chopped coriander.
After the first boil, add corn flour paste to thicken it.
Finish it with spring onions.
