Vermicilli Pudding

Ingredients:


200 gms vermicilli
1 litre milk
250 gms sugar
Cardamom powder
2 pinches saffron
8 tbsp ghee
15-20 pieces cashews

Method:


Roast the vermicilli in 4 tbsp of ghee till they get a golden brown
colour.
Boil the milk. Once it starts boiling, add the vermicilli to the milk.
Allow it to boil till the vermicilli gets cooked.
Now, add the sugar and stir till it dissolves.
Also, add the saffron and cardamom powder.
Continue to boil till you get the desired consistency.
Garnish with roasted cashew. Serve hot or cold.
