Crispy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:



1/3 c Butter (margarine)
1/3 c Lightly packed brown sugar
1/4 c Warm water
1 c Flour, divided
1/4 cup aside
1 c Quick rolled oats
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Baking soda

Method:



Divide the dough into 3 lumps about the same size. Roll each lump of dough out about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 12 pieces or use cookie cutter. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F about 10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Remove from pan, cool. Store in a covered container. Makes about 36 cookies.
