Welsh Pork Pasties

Chicken broth (12 oz)

VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables,
-drained (16 oz)

9" refrigerated pie crusts

Egg beaten with

Milk
Method:
1.
Saute pork and onions in margarine for 15 minutes over medium-high heat.
2.
Add seasonings to meat mixture; sprinkle flour over meat mixture and cook until brown.
3.
Add chicken broth.
Blend until thickened and well combined.
4.
Add VEG-ALL.
Blend well.
5.
Remove from heat and chill until stiff.
6.
Lay out pie dough and cut 2 9" rounds in half.
7.
Place 1/2 cup filling on each half circle.
Fold in half and seal; crimp each pastie with a decorative edge.
8.
Brush with egg wash, pierce tops with a fork and bake at 400'F.
until golden, approximately 20 minutes.
