Turkey Parmigiana

Bread crumbs

Method:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a shallow bowl, bear egg whites with water.
In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Dip turkey into mixture, then into bread crumb mixture.
Arrange on on greased 10 x 15 jinch jelly roll pan.
Bake 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour italian sauce evenly over turkey and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 4 to 5 minutes until sauce is heated and cheese is melted.
To serve, arrange turkey over spinach fettucini or egg noodles if desires.
