Turkey Marinade: From La Bouch Creole

Poultry seasoning

Ground cayenne pepper

Ground thyme

Bunch green onions, minced

Cloves garlic, minced

Worcestershire sauce

Lemon juice

Liquid smoke
Method:
Mix ingredients together.
Coat turkey and place in plastic bag or other container.
Marinade for at least 1 day, 2 preferably, move around and turn several times.
Cook as you normally would, use marinade to baste.
BBQing is especially good.
