Pork Pot With Hot Pepperoni

Method:
Cook beans, unsalted, until tender.
Drain.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Shred cabbace.
Place pork in large casserole and surround with the beans and all the vegetables.
Pour the stock over.
Add the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook in oven for 1 hour.
Remove the dish and add the pepperoni, cover again and return it to the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Remove the meat, slice it, transfer to warm serving dish.
Surround with vegetables and serve.
