Pork On A Bun
Ingredients:

Sliced boneless smoke pork
-butt, cut into thin strips

Bottled barbecue sauce

Yellow onion, finely chopped

10 oz pkg frozen cut green
-beans, thawed and drained

Pkg, frozen corn kernels,
-thawed and drained

Hamburger buns or large
-rolls, split and toasted
Method:
You can also serve this barbecued pork and vegetable combination over rice.
Brown the pork in a 12 inch non stick skillet over moderate heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in the barbecue sauce, onion,beans, and corn.
Cover, reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender - about 15 minutes.
Spoon over the buns.
Serves 4.
