Method:
Pre Heat oven to 375 Degrees.
Place Roast (Fat Side down) into Roasting pan that has a cover.
Sprinkle with spices, add water, cover and put into Heated oven.
Bake until done.
Cooking Pork, usually 45 minutes per pound is sufficient While Baking, baste to insure that roast is juicy when done.
