Peppered Pork Chops

Worchestershire sauce

Ground black pepper

Method:
Servings: 4 * Pork loin chops should be about 3/4 inch thick (about 1 pound).
Coat pork chops with Worchestershire sauce.
Press pepper and thyme into chops.
Arrange in circle in pie plate or baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Turning chops over midway through cooking, microwave on medium-low (30%) 14 to 16 minutes.
Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve immediately.
