Olympic Seoul Chicken

Broiler-fryer chicken thighs
-(about 2 lbs.),skinned

White vinegar

Soy sauce

Honey

Ground ginger

Cloves garlic,coarsely
-chopped

Crushed red pepper
Method:
Wash chicken and pat dry.
Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and red pepper.
Pour mixture over chicken; cover with waxed paper.
Turning each piece over and basting midway through cooking, microwave on high 12 to 14 minutes.
Pour liquid in dish into a 4 cup glass measure.
Cover chicken again and set aside.
Microwave liquid on high until it reduces to 1/2 cup of sauce.
Spoon sauce over chicken.
Makes 4 servings.
