Lemon Garlic Dijon Chicken

Dijon mustard (or more, to
-taste)

Lemon pepper

Cloves garlic
1/4

Butter or margarine
Method:
Chicken Salt and pepper Juice and pulp of 1 lemon (or more) Place chicken in the broiler until it starts to brown.
Place all of the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat for a few minutes.
Brush the chicken with the sauce, turning to coat all sides.
Place the chicken in the oven, covered with a little sauce, and bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
Serve over rice.
