Herbed Chicken

Method:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Heat margarine and oil in rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches, in oven until margarine is melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken.
Place chicken in pan, turning to coat with herb mixture.
Arrange chicken pieces skin sides up.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Turn chicken.
Bake about 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear.

To Microwave: Place margarine and oil in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 X 7-1/2 X 2 inches.
Microwave uncovered on high 45 to 60 seconds or until margarine is melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken.
Place chicken in dish, turning to coat with herb mixture.
Arrange chicken, skin sides up and thickest parts to outside edges, in dish.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 16 to 20 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes, until juices run clear.
