Fruited Turkey Salad

Ingredients:


3 c Cut-up cooked turkey
Orange yogurt (about 2/3 c
1 cn (6 ounces) lemon, peach or
Chestnuts, drained
1 cn (8 ounces) sliced water
Segments, drained
1 cn (11 ounces) mandarin orange
Thinly sliced
2 Green onions (with tops),
(about 1 cup)
2 md Stalks celery, thinly sliced
3/4 c Seedless grape halves
Or chicken
2 tb Soy sauce

Method:


Mix turkey, grapes, celery, onions, orange segments and water chestnuts.
Mix yogurt and soy sauce.
Pour over turkey mixture and toss.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
