Chicken Ya Hah!
Ingredients:

Chicken breasts, split,

Cumin

Red wine, (dry-ish)

Cloves garlic, crushed

Tomato sauce

ts
Curry powder

tb
Szechwan chili sauce
(prepared if you must)

Chili powder, home made
Skinned and boned

Celery, coarsely chopped

Onion, coarsely chopped

Jalapeno(s), fresh minced

Sesame oil, dark

Celery seed, whole

Water chestnuts, sliced
(canned as a last resort)
Oil for saute
Method:
Saute the celery, onions and garlic in the oils while you cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
When the onion is translucent add the chicken, celery seed, jalapenos and water chestnuts.
Saute until chicken is barely done.

Serve over either cornbread, rice or pasta.
