Chicken With Shrimp

Cloves garlic, chopped

Can tomato sauce

Red wine

Basil

Oregano

Raw shrimp, shelled and
-deveined
Method:
Servings: 6 Preparation: In casserole, heat butter and oil and brown chicken, season with salt & pepper if desired.
Remove.
In remaining fat, cook onion and garlic until translucent.
Add flour, stirring to blend the mixture well.
To this, add tomato sauce, wine, and seasonings; cook, stirring, until sauce thickens somewhat.
Replace chicken and spoon sauce over.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
Add shrimp and continue to cook, covered, at 350 for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink.
