Ounces uncooked vermicelli

Turkey

Coarsely chopped jicama or
Water chestnuts

Chopped fresh cilantro or
Parsley

Oil or hot sesame oil
Method:
Break vermicelli in half.
Cook as directed on package; drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain.
Toss vermicelli, chicken, jicama, cilantro, carrots and cucumber with Ginger Dressing.
Spoon onto salad greens if desired.
