Chicken And Sausage Bake

Frying chicken

Sweet italian sausage

Tomatoes

Garlic, minced

Pepper, sweet, green
Method:
Preheat oven to 375.
Lightly saute chicken (cut into serving pieces) and sausage (cut into 2 inch pieces) in a large oven proof casserole until browned.
Add tomatoes, garlic, and green pepper (cut into chunks).
Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours, or until broth is somewhat reduced and chicken is tender.
