Chicken And Rice Soup (jewish Penecillin)

Chicken stock

Jasmine rice, uncooked

Boneless chicken breasts,
-cooked and cubed

Carrots, raw, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
To the chicken stock, add the carrots, rice, and cubed cooked chicken.
Simmer over a low heat until carrots and rice are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper and serve nice and hot with soda crackers.
