Method:
1.
Rinse chicken pieces and place in large pot.
Add all other remaining ingredients, and pour over chicken to cover.
Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour or until the chicken is very tender.
Remove the bay leaves and serve with a small amount of marinade.
