Method:
Mix the marinade and set aside.
Mix together the sauce ingredients.
Cook the cubed pork in the sauce for 1 hour to create barbecued pork.
Dish out the barbecued pork onto sandwich buns.
Top with some of the marinade mixture.
Serve with chips and coleslaw.
