Baked Pork Chops (for The Microwave)

Ingredients:

Pork loin or rib chops, 1.8

Worcestershire sauce
1/4
ts
Dried thyme leaves
1/8
ts
Pepper
Method:
1.
Arrange pork chops on roasting rack with meatiest portions to outside.
Mix worcestershire sauce, thyme and pepper.
Brush half of the mixture over pork chops.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 8 minutes.
Turn over and rearrange pork chops.
Brush with remaining sauce.

Microwave, uncovered, at MEDIUM (50%) until meat next to bone is no longer pink, 4 to 10 minutes.
Rotate 2 or 3 times during cooking (unless you have a microwave with a rotating tray) Now I have found that for the sauce you need double what the recipe calls for, either that or my brush likes to soak up more than it puts out :) Hope to bring you all more recipes as I find them.
