1/2 Recipe egg noodles or
2 tb Margarine or butter
1 lg Clove garlic, crushed
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Chopped fresh chives
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
2 c Sour cream
noodles
8 Ounces uncooked wide
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese

Method:


These rich noodles come from Eastern Europe and Russia.
Garnish with.
Cook noodles as directed in recipe or on package; drain.
Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, the chives, salt, pepper and garlic.
Stir margarine into hot noodles.
Stir in sour cream mixture.
Place on warm platter.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
8 SERVINGS (ABOUT 2/3 CUP EACH); 210 CALORIES PER SERVING.
