Bleu Cheese Turkey Pasta

Mayonnaise

Blue cheese

Dijon-style mustard

Pepper

Broccoli florets

ts
Olive oil

Red pepper; cubes

Egg noodles; cooked

Walnuts
Method:
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, bleu cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.
Set aside.
In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, stir fry the broccoli in hot oil one minute; add pepper slivers and continue to cook for an additional minute; add the turkey and cook for 30 seconds.
Remove from the heat.
In a large bowl, toss the turkey/vegetable mixture, noodles and blue cheese dressing.
Top with walnuts and serve warm.
Cooking Tips: To save time, get broccoli and peppers already cut up at the salad bar.
To reduce the fat content of this dish, use low-fat mayonnaise and yolk-free noodles.
