Sweet Sesame Meatballs

Cornstarch

Ground ginger

Clove minced garlic

Ground pork
1/4

Sugar
1/4

Toasted sesame seeds
Method:
Combine cornstarch, ginger, and garlic and mix with ground pork.
Form into 1-inch meatballs and brown in a film of oil in a non-stick pan until firm.
Reserve meatballs, discard oil.
Add sugar to pan and cook until melted and carmelized, about 1 minute.
Return meatballs to pan and coat with syrup.
Working quickly, place meatballs on a platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
