Method:
Makes 4 servings In large saucepan, over medium heat, brown beef and cook onion and green pepper in oil until tender; pour off excess fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat.
Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
*To substitute, use 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp each garlic powder and ground cumin and 1/8 tsp ground red pepper.
