Stewed tomatoes

Onions, chopped

Celery heads, cut up

Bell peppers, chopped
Salt
Rice, cooked
Method:
Saute onions, celery and peppers lightly.
Mix other ingredients, simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add 5 lbs of peeled shrimp.
Serve over rice.
Makes 5 gallons.
