Scalloped Ham And Potatoes

To 2 cups, smoked ham, cubed

To 2 cups cheddar cheese,

Butter or margarine

Flour

Paprika to taste

Method:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Saute onions in 1 tablespoon butter until just tender.
Set aside.
Layer half of potatoes and ham in bottom of a 2 quart buttered casserole.
Combine flour, salt and pepper and sprinkle half of mixture over potatoes.
Top with half of onions and cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
Repeat layering.
Scald milk and pour over casserole.
Dot with remaining butter and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, until potatoes are tender and top is golden.
