Method:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In medium bowl, combine 1/4 soup with remaining ingredients, except water and mix thouroughly.
Shape into 6-inch patties; arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Combine remaining soup and water and spoon over patties.
Continue baking another 10 minutes.
