Method:
First, shoot yourself an elk.
If you're one of those who doesn't hunt God's little creatures, you'll have to make do with that greasy burger that comes off those chemical and fat ridden domestic beasts.
Brown burger quickly.
Mix everything together in crock pot, turn on "low" and come back eight hours later with a case of beer and some good friends.
Feel free to adjust spices and unions up and down to taste.
If everyone doesn't like their chili as hot as you, down scale the chili powder and crushed chilis and adjust your plate using Louisiana Hot Sauce.
If you don't have the time to go the crock pot route and don't like coming home to the smell of chili, brown the meat in a frying pan, add to the rest of the ingredients in a pot, and cook on a burner.
Too easy, right? Serve with icy beers and grated cheddar.
