Rice
Method:
Saute beef in oil in large skillet until browned,about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.
Add water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning mix.
Bring to a full boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
Makes 4 servings
