Porcupine Meat Balls

TOMATO QUICK SAUCE ---------

Minced onion
1/2

Uncooked rice

Worcestershire sauce
Method:
Combine all ingredients for meatballs.
Shape into balls about 1 1/2 " in diameter.
Put in casserole dish.
Tomato Quick sauce: Heat butter in sauce pan.
Add flour, onion salt and cayenne pepper.
Heat until mixture bubbles.
Remove from heat.
Add tom sauce, water and worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2 min.
Pour over meatballs and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
*** Note *** This recipe works best if you triple or even quadruple the sauce.
