Meatballs In Chipotle Sauce

Chipotle Sauce; *

Dry Bread Crumbs

Milk

Onion; Finely Chopped

Fresh Cilantro; Snipped

Salt

Method:

~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat.
Cover and simmer until meatballs are done, about 20 minutes.
Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
