Low Calorie Saucy Cubed Steak

Beef cubed steak

Condensed cream of mushroom
Soup

Plain low fat yogurt

Dry white wine

(4 oz) sliced mushrooms,
Drained
Paprika
Method:
Place meat in a microwave safe 12 x 7 1/2 x 2" baking dish.
Cover with clear plastic wrap;vent by leaving a small area unsealed at edge of dish.
Micro cook on 100% (HIGH) for 6 to 8 minutes or until done,turning the meat and rearranging once.
Let meat stand,covered,while preparing sauce.
For sauce,in a 2 cup microwave safe measure cup,stir the soup,yogurt, and wine.
Stir in mushrooms.
Cook,uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through,stirring once.
Transfer the meat to a serving platter.
Pour the sauce over.
Sprinkle with paprika,if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
