Ingredients:


1 lb Italian sausage
1 ea Minced garlic
1 T Whole basil
1 ea 1lb. can stewed tom.(stewed)
2 ea 6 oz. can tomato paste
10 oz Lasagna noodles(6-8)
2 ea Eggs
3 c Cottage cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 T Parsley flakes
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1 lb Mozzarella cheese (2 pk)

Method:


Brown meat, drain, add next 5 ingredients and simmer covered 15-30 minutes.
Stir often.
Cook noodles in salt water.
Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients, except mozzarella cheese.
Layer 1/2 noodles in 13 x 9 pan, spread cottage cheese mix and 1/2 meat sauce.
Repeat 375 degree 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
