Irish Stew *
Ingredients:

Lamb; cubed and browned

Tapioca; quick-cooking

Potatoes; quartered

Onions; sliced thinly

Carrots; sliced

Bay leaf

Water

Pepper

Salt

Mixed vegetables; frozen
Method:
Season cubed lamb with salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients except vegetables (omit tapioca if you don't want gravy thickened).
Stir well.
Cover and cook on Low 10 to 12 hours.
Add vegetables during last 1 to 2 hours of cooking.
