Ingredients:


2 lb Lamb; cubed and browned
1/4 c Tapioca; quick-cooking
4 Potatoes; quartered
2 Onions; sliced thinly
2 Carrots; sliced
1 Bay leaf
2 c Water
1/4 t Pepper
2 t Salt
10 oz Mixed vegetables; frozen

Method:


Season cubed lamb with salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients except vegetables (omit tapioca if you don't want gravy thickened).
Stir well.
Cover and cook on Low 10 to 12 hours.
Add vegetables during last 1 to 2 hours of cooking.
