Method:
Shake flour in large size (14" x 20") oven cooking bag; place in 12 x 2 inch microwave safe dish.
Add salt, pickling spice and water; squeeze bag gently to blend ingredients.
Add ribs and turn to coat.
Close bag with nylon tie; make 6 half-inch slits in neck of bag below tie.
Micro-cook on MEDIUM (50%) power for 30 minutes; turn bag over and rotate dish halfway through cooking time.
Remove ribs from bag; discard liquid and bag.
To make honey-mustard glaze, combine remaining ingredients in a 1-quart oven-glass measuring cup.
Micro-cook on HIGH power 3 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time.
Place ribs on grill over medium-hot, direct heat.
Grill 15-20 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with glaze.
