Hamburger Minestrone

Or broken spaghetti

Onion, chopped-about 1/2 cup

Stalk celery, thinly sliced
(about 1 cup)

(about 1 cup)

Shredded cabbage
Grated parmesan cheese
Method:
Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in Dutch oven, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
Break up tomatoes.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
