Ham Quiche

Ingredients:


1 c Cooked Ham, Sausage, Bacon
1 c Diced Swiss Cheese
3 lg Beaten Eggs
1 c Milk
1/2 c Half And Half Or Cream
dash Salt
ds Onion Salt
ds Pepper
ds Nutmeg

Method:


Scald milk and add the beaten eggs and seasonings.
In a prepared pastry shell, sprinkle the meat and cubed cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the meat and cheese.
Bake in a 375°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted into custard comes out clean.
