Cooked Ham, Sausage, Bacon

Diced Swiss Cheese

Beaten Eggs

Milk

Half And Half Or Cream

Method:
Scald milk and add the beaten eggs and seasonings.
In a prepared pastry shell, sprinkle the meat and cubed cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the meat and cheese.
Bake in a 375°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted into custard comes out clean.
