Ham & Apple On Skewers
Ingredients:

Virginia ham 3/4" thick and
-cut into 3/4" cubes

Apples cut into wedges with
-peel

Maple syrup

Soya sauce
1/2

Catsup
1/4
c
Apple juice

ds
Cinnamon

ds
Cloves
Method:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and marinate 15 minutes at least.
Drain and reserve liquid for basting.
Alternate ham and apples on skewers.
Broil 6" from top element or grill for 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn skewers once and baste with marinade.
