Delmonico Potatoes And Ham
Ingredients:

1/8" thick raw potato slices

Thinly slice onion

Water

Salt

10 oz can cream of mushroom
-soup
1
c
Milk
1
tb
Prepared mustard
1
tb
Chopped parsley
1/4
ts
Pepper

Diced cooked ham
Method:
Place potatoes, onion, water, and salt in a large saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat:cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Drain well.
Combine soup, milk, mustard, parsley and pepper.
Layer half of the potatoes, onions and ham in a 2-quart shallow rectangular baking dish.
Repeat layers.
Bake in preheated oven 350 F.
for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
