Method:
Heat oven to 350.
Lightly grease an 8 inch square baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl whisk eggs until blended.
Whisk in melted butter and vanilla.
Make a hollow in the center of flour mixture and pour in egg mixture.
Stir until blended.
Stir in nuts.
Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden and a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack 1 hour before cutting.
