Cranberry Broiled Ham Sl 12/88

Can jellied cranberry sauce

Commercial steak sauce

Brown sugar

Vegetable oil

Prepared oil

Prepared mustard

1-inch-thick fully-cooked
-ham slice (about 2 pounds)
Method:
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
Trim excess fat from ham slice.
Place ham in a lightly greased 13" x 9" x 2" pan; broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 15 minutes.
Turn ham, and spoon cranberry sauce mixture on top.
Broil 15 more minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
