Sauce

Dark soy sauce

Chinese cooking wine

Drops sesame seed oil

Cornstarch
Method:
1)Marinate diced pork with cornstarch, soy, wine, and sesame oil.
2)Stir fry chilies until dark to season oil.
Add green onions, garlic and ginger for 30 seconds or so.
Add pork and sauté until no longer pink.
3)Add sauce and bring to a boil.
Garnish with peanuts.
