Ingredients:

Sirloin

Clove garlic, crushed

Bay leaves

Dry Red Wine

Onions, sliced
Salt/pepper
Method:
Simmer meat with wine, garlic, onions, bay, salt/pepper about 3 hours.
Shread meat, set aside.
Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
Add ingredients for sauce and simmer 30 minutes more.
