Beef Cabbage Casserole

Ground beef

Medium onion, chopped

cn
(10 3/4 oz.) condensed
Tomato soup

Soup can water

Rice

Chopped cabbage
Method:
Combine ground beef and onion in a skillet; cook until browned.
Add tomato soup and water; bring to a boil.
Add rice and mix well.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Place cabbage in a large baking dish.
Spread meat mixture evenly over cabbage.
Bake, covered, at 350F.
for 1 hour.
