Baked Canned Ham

Canned ham

Frozen orange concentrate

tb
Brown sugar

tb
Catsup
1
tb
Soy sauce
1/2
ts
Garlic powder
Method:
Servings: 4 Have butcher open canned ham, cut in half.
Leave one half uncut.
Cut second half into 4 thick slices, and shave the rest for sandwiches.
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Heat uncut ham half for 1 hour, then glaze with mixture of orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, catsup, soy sauce and garlic powder.
Return to oven for 30 minutes, basting after 15 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes, custard corn pudding and spinach.
